The Opportunity
Fuel up your day with farmyard thrills! We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Driver to become a valued member of our team at Paradise Country! As the key operator of our Tractor Ride, your primary role will involve skillfully navigating the route while upholding a world-class standard of presentation, ensuring the utmost safety, and delivering an exceptional guest service experience!

Key Responsibilities
From guest smiles to tractor miles, you’ll:
• Drive and navigate the tractor and control traffic during park operating hours.
• Ensure all safety standards are adhered to for team members and guests.
• Load and unload the attraction.
• Provide constant positive interaction with guests and demonstrate excellent guest
service as a top priority.
• Clean and maintain the tractor and carriages to the required standard and report any incidents or faults that may arise immediately.
• Maintain the pigs playground and assist with show clean up when required.

What We’re Looking For
Smiles, skills, and a smooth ride ahead. You’ll bring:
• Blue Card is essential* (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however, VRTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service).
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to be flexible in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
