About the Role:

The Duty Manager is responsible for managing front-of-house operations and supporting the team in delivering memorable guest experiences. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all standards of site presentation, including financial cash controls, technical standards, cleanliness and team presentation are to Village standard.
• Provide training and coaching to Guest Experience Attendants / Supervisors to develop employee capabilities and ensure team-members meet VCA operational site standards.
• Ensure guest feedback or complaints are handled respectfully and professionally and are reported in a timely manner to site leadership.
• Effectively manage employee shifts, including organising and managing employee shift break-times and punch-in / punch-out times.
• Assist in inventory stock management to ensure adequate stock is on site at all required times.

About You:

Availability Requirements:
