What You'll Do
You'll be the first point of contact for Guests looking to book small events and food and beverage packages for groups of up to 24 people.
• Create exceptional Guest experiences from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up
• Partner with the Event Sales Department team members to foster a “fun” and engaging work environment
• Respond to enquiries and secure bookings through outstanding customer service and sales skills
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales reservations process and administration requirements
• Meet or exceed reactive sales objectives to grow event sales
• Provide quotations for small packages and events and prepare contracts and follow up on enquiries from prospective clients to secure business
• Coordinate pre-event payments and reconcile post-event accounts
• Manage reservations through our booking platform, Sales Force and handle incoming calls for Packages and Events
• Support and manage Topgolf Platinum Memberships
• Partner closely with our Operations Team to ensure all events and packages are executed flawlessly

What We're Looking For
• Previous administration and sales experience within the hospitality, tourism or events industry (highly regarded).
• Experience using CRM and reservation systems.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Qualifications in Sales, Marketing or a related field are advantageous.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
