Sea World Resort is looking for a passionate and reliable Food & Beverage Team Leader to help deliver exceptional breakfast experiences for our resort guests. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you'll lead our morning operations, ensuring guests start their day with outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and loves creating positive first impressions that set the tone for a guest's entire stay.

What Your Morning Will Look Like:
• Support the Food & Beverage department in leading daily breakfast service operations.
• Coordinate team members to deliver warm, friendly and efficient service throughout breakfast periods.
• Oversee buffet presentation and replenishment to ensure quality, freshness, and exceptional standards are maintained.
• Assist with opening procedures and ensure service areas are fully prepared before guests arrive.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
• Respond proactively to guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
• Early Morning Availability: Available to work early starts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience, ideally in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or buffet environment.
• Barista skills are essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
• Current QLD RSA certification is essential.
