Join the Maintenance team at Sea World as a Painter, where your expertise will help enhance and maintain the vibrant environments our guests enjoy every day.

From refreshing park facilities to contributing to exciting refurbishment and construction projects, you'll play an important role in keeping the park looking its best while making a visible impact across the property.

Key Responsibilities
Help bring colour, creativity and craftsmanship to every corner of the park. You’ll be:
• Completing painting maintenance and repair work across buildings, attractions, facilities and themed environments
• Applying paint finishes, colour schemes and specialist techniques to maintain presentation standards
• Prioritising maintenance requests to ensure work is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to guests and operations
• Assisting with refurbishment, construction and improvement projects as required
• Delivering high-quality workmanship while working safely and collaboratively within the Maintenance team
• Supporting the Maintenance Manager and contributing to the successful delivery of maintenance activities across the park

What We’re Looking For
You're a trade-qualified professional who enjoys variety, takes a proactive approach and thrives in a team environment. You’ll bring:
• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
• Extensive post-trade experience in painting and decorating
• Strong knowledge of paint products, colour matching, surface preparation and application techniques
• Experience working with established colour schemes and specialist finishes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
• Strong communication, time management and teamwork skills
• The ability to prioritize workloads and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
