Based in the heart of the Gold Coast, Sea World Resort is where unforgettable holidays are made, and we’re looking for passionate Room Attendants to help us make every guest’s stay shine!
Working alongside our talented Housekeeping team, you’ll help ensure our guest rooms and resort areas are sparkling, welcoming and ready for magical moments.

What You’ll Do:
No two days are ever the same:
•  Ensure cleaning of all guest rooms is completed to Sea World Resort standards - paying specific attention to time frames and quality control.
•  Consistently display professional image in all communication.
•  Effectively manage resources and manage waste by recycling products as required.
•  Prepare trolleys with adequate linen and supplies, adhering to Workplace Health and Safety standards.

What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to deliver exceptional service with every guest interaction.
•  Previous housekeeping experience is highly desired
•  Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
•  Good communication skills
•  High attention to detail
•  Be physically fit - physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
•  Ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes
•  Immunization for Hepatitis A&B is recommended
•  Shifts are generally 9:00am – 3:00pm
•  Flexible availability across a 7 days roster is essential
