We’re searching for a Sales & Events Executive to strengthen our commercial capability. You will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent sales through partnership agreements, functions & events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with new, existing and repeat clients through professional and engaging client interactions.
• Assist with the management and conversion of allocated inbound sales enquiries across phone and email and outbound sales activities.
• Support initiatives designed to increase bookings during off-peak periods, including school bookings and relevant pricing initiatives.
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring client, prospect, activity and opportunity information is accurate and current

What You’ll Bring

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications and shared document management platforms.
• Previous experience in sales administration, event coordination, customer service, hospitality, partnerships or a related commercial environment.
