Let the good times roll! The Chef de Partie assists the Executive Sous Chef in providing our guests with best-in-class, off-the-chart, rockstar level meals by assisting in leading the Kitchen Team and supervising venue culinary activities.
The Chef de Partie, under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef, supervises, trains, coaches, and drives engagement with their team to ensure the highest-quality culinary experience for our guests.
How You’ll Do It
• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences
• Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement
• Delegate tasks as required
• Assist in monitoring inventory and purchasing of products
• Standardise production recipes and presentation to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Assist in coordinating the food safety and HACCP, ensuring standards are maintained
• Ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment whilst maintaining control of the kitchens and guiding the team to a successful conclusion.

What We’re Looking For
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position essential
• Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team
• Culinary qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-organisation, problem solving and time management skills with attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and food safety programs
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
