We’re searching for a Area Manager to strengthen our commercial capability and ensure consistent execution of operational excellence in our North, West and Regional Victorian sites. You will work closely with operational leaders to deliver revenue growth, profitability and ensure continuous delivery of expectational guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and execute opportunities to grow revenue through local market insights, promotional activity, guest behavior trends and sales culture.
• Develop high-performing leadership teams that build capability, enabling sustained commercial performance, operational excellence and long-term business growth
• Embed successful industry practice initiatives that improve guest experience and operational performance
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans for site leadership team

What You’ll Bring

• Sound leadership experience in a multi-site operational environment, preferably within customer service industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of achieving revenue growth, profitability targets and operational performance improvements.
• Strong people leadership skills and a proven record of building high performing teams through capability development and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capability.
• A guest centric approach that balances operational and commercial needs with exceptional guest experiences.
