This role puts you right at the center of our Food & Beverage universe, leading daily operations across safety, food safety, governance, cost, profitability, and people performance. You’ll be the one who keeps the gears turning and the good vibes flowing.

By streamlining processes, balancing workloads, and embracing contemporary tools and tech, you’ll help deliver the kind of seamless service that keeps guests smiling, teams shining, and the whole operation running at its best.

Key Responsibilities
Ready to make an impact? You’ll bring:
• Support strategic and profitable F&B plans and ensure KPIs are met.
• Work with internal teams and partners to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Set service, quality, and operational standards and ensure they’re consistently delivered.
• Maintain effective systems and processes that help teams perform well.
• Manage budgets, costs, labor, pricing, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop F&B teams through training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee Food Safety, HACCP, hygiene, and liquor licensing, including incident investigations.

What We’re Looking For
Excited by the challenge of leading teams, driving performance, and elevating guest moments? You’ll bring:
• Current Queensland Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV) - essential.
• Multi site hospitality experience - preferred.
• Senior experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and maximize performance.
• Excellent communication and solid Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to set, manage, and analyse budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of business management principles.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• In depth knowledge of WH&S and Food Safety.
