The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Technology Product Manager to lead a portfolio of automation, AI and digital products across Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

You'll be accountable for the lifecycle of internally developed solutions and selected third-party technology products, ensuring technology investment is focused on practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Working closely with business stakeholders, Solution Engineering, Data Engineering and the broader Technology team, you'll lead initiatives from problem identification and prioritisation through to delivery, operationalisation and continuous improvement while supporting the ongoing evolution of the team's products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Leading the delivery and ongoing improvement of automation, AI and digital products, you’ll be:
• Owning the roadmap, backlog and lifecycle of internally developed solutions and selected third-party technology products, ensuring priorities align with business strategy, operational needs and measurable value.
• Building strong partnerships with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs and lead initiatives from problem identification through to delivery, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Providing technology leadership across automation, AI and internally developed applications, guiding solution design, architecture and technology selection while remaining hands-on where required.
• Leading the adoption of AI, agentic workflows and automation technologies, assessing technologies and approaches based on business requirements, complexity, risk, cost and maintainability.
• Ensuring development initiatives are appropriately scoped, prioritised and delivered to agreed outcomes, timelines and budgets, supported by effective development, testing, deployment and support practices.
• Leading, coaching and developing the Solution Engineering team, while promoting knowledge sharing, engineering discipline and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining accountability for the performance, reliability, cost and ongoing effectiveness of production solutions, using operational performance, user feedback and business outcomes to drive improvements.
• Participating in AI governance and technology forums, contributing technology expertise and advocating for practical automation and AI opportunities across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For
Technology leadership with a practical, business-focused approach. You’ll bring:
• 3+ years' hands-on experience in solution engineering, software development, automation engineering, application development or a comparable technology delivery role.
• 2+ years' experience leading technology teams, including prioritising work, providing technology direction, coaching engineers and managing delivery.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions from business problem and requirements through design, build, testing, deployment and production operation.
• Strong hands-on technology capability, with experience developing applications, integrations, automation or related software solutions.
• Experience with AI technologies, agentic workflows and automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Workato, Logic Apps or similar.
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, databases, cloud services and modern application architecture.
• Experience with modern software engineering and DevOps practices, including source control, CI/CD, testing, deployment and production monitoring.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business processes and technologies.
Highly Regarded
• Experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, Fabric and Dataverse.
• Experience with cloud-native applications, serverless architectures and API-based integrations.
• Experience managing internally developed and third-party technology products.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, information security and privacy considerations.
• Formal technology, engineering or related qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
