About the Role:

In the Guest Experience Manager role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations. Reporting to the site senior leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Champion an outstanding guest experience across all touchpoints, with a primary focus on Gold Class and premium experiences
  • Build a service led culture by reinforcing standards, recognising excellence, and embedding guest-first behaviours.
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service, with a strong focus on behaviour, presentation, and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Steps of Service, elevating personalised and anticipatory service standards
  • Act as the primary escalation for guest feedback and in cinema service recovery.
  • Supervising venue presentation, ensuring cleanliness, screen quality, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Support the General Manager and Service Operations Manager to ensure full employee compliance with all policies and procedures , and legislative requirements (HWS, food safety, RSA,).
