The Role:

Become the face of our resort! As a Front Office Superstar, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out. From handling reservations to resolving queries, no two nights are the same, and each one brings new opportunities to shine. This position is an overnight role, working 10:30 pm – 6:30 am mostly.

What Your Night Looks Like:
• Warm Welcomes: Meet, greet, and leave lasting impressions with our guests.
• Effortless Check-Ins and Check-Outs: A friendly approach that makes guests feel right at home.
• Going the Extra Mile: Assisting guests with luggage, providing information, and ensuring every question is answered.
• Stay Organized: Prepare daily reports and manage arrivals so things run smoothly.
• Financial Savvy: Manage cash handling and reconcile accounts with precision.

Night Audit Responsibilities:
• Complete Daily Night Audit Procedures: Accurately balance and roll the resort’s daily financial transactions.
• Process End-of-Day Reconciliations: Verify room charges, payments, revenue postings, and adjustments.
• Prepare and Distribute Night Audit Reports: Generate financial, operational, and occupancy reports for management.
• Monitor Property Systems Overnight: Ensure Opera PMS, POS, and related systems are functioning smoothly.
• Perform Overnight Operational Checks: Conduct security walk-throughs, verify facility locks, and ensure guest areas remain safe.
• Assist with Late Arrivals and Early Departures: Provide seamless service during off-peak hours.
• Handle Overnight Enquiries: Respond to guest requests, phone calls, and urgent issues with professionalism.
